Jamie was a gifted Sabot teacher who had an extraordinary ability to authentically connect with children—whether they were his students or not.
Jamie’s devotion to Sabot was unparalleled – he taught science to Grades 5-8, ran the Outdoor Spaces club, and served as the Grade 6 advisor. In many ways the Sabot School community was his family.
Gifts made to the Lahy Fund will support Sabot students as they pursue passions, take risks, think critically, and develop identities – hallmarks of a Sabot education that Jamie championed so well.
Donations can be made by check, payable to Sabot School. Please note The Jamie Lahy Fund in the memo space.
